A: Council meetings take place the first and third Tuesday of the month at the Township Office, 6547 Roger Stevens Dr. beginning at 6 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.
 
Q: How can I make a presentation or suggestion to Council?
A: In order to make a presentation to Council, you need to provide a request, in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to the Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. The request must be on the attached form, and provide sufficient information. For questions or to submit the form, contact the Clerk at jralph@township.montague.on.ca.
